BeyondLuna’s organization tree makes it possible to create an school organization with administrators at the top level who will be able to view and handle result for all groups. While teachers are placed in sub groups and will only be able to handle sociograms and seating plans for their own group.

If you are a teacher alone you probably won’t use this organization tree. Using the sociogram wizard automatically makes you admin of the groups you are creating. 

There are three ways to create a user:

• Using the wizards
• Importing using an Excel-file
• Creating a user manually

The first two are used to create students. All students will get the user role automatically meaning they won’t see any result at all. The only thing they can do is to answer questions to the sociogram if you give them access and a password.

 While the third is used to create the teachers and administrators you want to add to your tenant.

If you want to, you can personalize the application by changing themes, adding your own logo, handle password settings etc.
